For the second year, the Beaufort Cycling Classic is bringing the intensely popular sport of professional bicycle racing to the streets of Beaufort. The core commercial district downtown will be transformed into a 0.6 mile race course and healthy living festival, providing excellent marketing opportunities for businesses and brands.  The Beaufort Cycling Classic consists of three races: Kid’s race, Women’s race, and the Men’s race. The Kid’s race will be promoted in the local schools and will emphasize bicycle safety and the benefits of regular exercise.  The professionals will follow with the Pro Women’s race (50 laps) and the Pro Men’s race (75 laps). As its inaugural event proved, this race is among the favorites of spectators and racers alike!
